Middendorf’s Seafood Restaurant is bringing its kitchen to Baton Rouge for the first time in the restaurant’s 91-year history...
Owner and Chef Horst Pfeifer will stage a two-week pop-up at our very location! This will be a full kitchen takeover by the Manchac-based restaurant, known as the “Home of the World Famous Original Thin Fried Catfish®.”
The pop-up runs March 17–20 and March 24–27, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Middendorf’s will serve lunch and dinner with a limited menu featuring the restaurant’s signature Thin Fried Catfish and other dishes. On pop-up days, Passé will operate for breakfast only from 7 to 10:30 a.m.
